Orders placed before 4:00 PM are counted from the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed from the next working day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days depending on your location.
For large items such as dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and TVs, delivery charges will vary based on weight and packaging size.
These charges are not covered under the standard delivery price chart, and will be communicated separately before dispatch..
Exchange or Return Policy

To return a product, customers must send it via courier at their own expense.
Alternatively, you can pay via bKash and use our pick-up service.
For replacements, you need to place a new order and make the payment during delivery.
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and refund the product price (excluding courier charges).
If the issue is from our side, we will bear the full return/replacement courier charges.
